Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 24, 2026
Who we are.
This is the website of Building Kingdoms Collaborative ("BKC," "we," "us"), the community initiative of The Ballers Kingdom. Questions: buildingkingdomscollaborative@gmail.com.
What we collect.
This site has no accounts, forms or checkout. If you email us, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, email address and message. We use it only to reply and to work with you. We use Google's Gmail service for email, so messages you send are stored with Google. We keep them only as long as we need them for that purpose.
Analytics and cookies.
This site doesn't set cookies and doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Its fonts and scripts load from this site, not from outside services.
Do Not Track.
Because we don't track visitors, this site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Hosting.
The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, which processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages securely.
Sharing.
We don't sell or share personal information (as California law defines those terms), and we don't use it for targeted advertising. We share it only when needed to respond to you, when required by law, or with your permission.
Security.
We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us, but no email or website is completely secure. Please don't email financial account numbers, ID numbers or other sensitive details.
Visitors outside the United States.
This site and our email are run from the United States. If you contact us from another country, your message is processed in the United States.
Children.
This site is meant for adults: parents, guardians, educators and organizational leaders. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a young person has emailed us, a parent or guardian can ask us to delete that message. If we learn we've received personal information from a child under 13, we'll delete it. Any future program that collects information about young people will have its own notice and parent or guardian consent.
Links to other sites.
We link to sites like ballkingdom.com and Instagram. Their own privacy policies apply.
Your choices.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete information you've sent us by emailing buildingkingdomscollaborative@gmail.com. California residents may have additional rights under state law.
Changes.
We'll post any updates here with a new date.
