Our five focus areas

Five focus areas. One whole person.

People don't grow in compartments. A student's future is shaped by their skills, their outlook, their family's stability and the example set before them. Our five focus areas let us work on all of it, together.

Focus area 01

Youth Development

Raise up young people who know who they are and where they're going.

We help young people build character, confidence and direction, on the field, in the classroom and in their communities. Our approach treats every young person as a whole person with gifts worth developing, not a problem to be managed.

Example programs (in development with partners)

  • Mentoring and leadership cohorts
  • Sport-based development, in step with The Ballers Kingdom
  • College and career readiness workshops for students and families
  • Life-skills sessions: communication, goal-setting, resilience
  • Youth-voice projects where students lead and present their own work

Focus area 02

Technology-Centered Entrepreneurship

Turn ideas into ventures with the tools of today.

We teach young people and emerging founders to solve real problems using today's technology, from digital tools to practical AI. The goal is ownership: learning to build something useful, test it and earn responsibly from it.

Example programs (in development with partners)

  • Idea-to-prototype labs and pitch days
  • Practical AI and digital-tools workshops for students, educators and small teams
  • Student venture studios hosted with schools and colleges
  • Entrepreneurship curriculum design for schools and youth programs
  • Technology readiness sessions for nonprofits and small organizations

Focus area 03

Global-Mindedness & International Development

Prepare young people to lead in a connected world.

We help young people and organizations see beyond their own neighborhood: understanding other cultures, building relationships across borders and seeing how their work connects to communities worldwide. We favor partnerships built on mutual respect and shared ownership over one-way charity.

Example programs (in development with partners)

  • Global citizenship and cultural-exchange learning
  • Virtual exchanges and cross-border student projects
  • Study-abroad and international-pathway readiness for students and families
  • Partnership design for international community-development projects
  • Language, culture and global-careers exposure sessions

Focus area 04

Wealth & Financial Stewardship

Learn the habits behind economic mobility, ownership and stability that lasts.

We help young people and families understand money as a tool for stewardship: earning, saving, giving and owning with purpose. What we offer is general education and community building, so families can move toward economic mobility and stability that carries into the next generation.

Example programs (in development with partners)

  • Financial literacy for youth and families (budgeting, saving, credit basics)
  • Ownership education: what it takes to start, build and responsibly own a business
  • Family conversations about money, values and legacy
  • Entrepreneurship-and-earning projects for students
  • Workshops that connect families with public and community resources

Focus area 05

Intergenerational Advancement with a Spirit of Excellence

Help each generation go further, and hand on more than it was given.

We connect elders, professionals, parents and young people so opportunity, knowledge, financial stewardship and faith-informed values are handed on, not lost, and we do it with a spirit of excellence.

Example programs (in development with partners)

  • Intergenerational mentoring circles
  • Family leadership and legacy workshops
  • Alumni and professional "give-back" programs with schools and colleges
  • Storytelling and oral-history projects that honor community builders
  • Succession and continuity planning for community organizations
