We build people, so people can build kingdoms.
Building Kingdoms Collaborative is the community initiative of The Ballers Kingdom. The Ballers Kingdom is a social impact initiative for individuals and families, powered by technology and consulting. BKC widens the lens: developing young people as whole people, and helping the schools, colleges, nonprofits and businesses around them become places where people flourish.
What we do
We consult with institutions on youth development and organizational advancement, and we design programs across five focus areas: youth development, technology-centered entrepreneurship, global-mindedness and international development, wealth and financial stewardship, and intergenerational advancement with a spirit of excellence.

A world where every young person has the people, tools and pathways to build a life of purpose, and where families, schools and communities grow stronger with each generation.
Purpose
Potential isn't scarce. Pathways are. BKC exists to build those pathways: we connect young people with mentors, skills and the chance to own their work, and we help schools, nonprofits and businesses become places where people grow. We work across five focus areas because real growth never happens in just one part of life.

A kingdom, to us, is whatever you've been entrusted with: your gifts, your family, your community, your organization. Our work is rooted in the conviction that people are made to build, to serve and to leave things better for those who come next. That conviction is shaped by faith, and it's open to everyone: you don't need to share our beliefs to share the work.

Who leads BKC
Building Kingdoms Collaborative is led by Brian Kennedy Jr., M.Ed., who founded The Ballers Kingdom in 2019. A former Division I soccer player and two-time Providence College graduate, Brian has spent his career at the meeting point of sport, education and entrepreneurship.

The Ballers Kingdom and BKC share one conviction: develop people young, and keep developing them for life. The Ballers Kingdom does it as a social impact initiative for individuals and families, powered by technology and consulting, including the Ballers Map. BKC does it through partnerships, programs in development and the Builders Kingdom directory (coming soon).
